Have you tried testing the original mouse and keyboard? This may be an issue with just Razer's keyboard and mosue as we have seen similar issues with various Razer peripherals. In general it not necessarily a problem with the Razer mouses & keyboard. You may want to check if Razer has any available firmware updates and software updates for the mouse and keyboard you have.
