Most monitors will run at 60Hz or higher for 1920 x 1080 resolutions however this will vary depending on your display's capabilities otherwise this is typically automatically detected and set by the graphics card. Most modern digital capable TV's or monitors with a DVI, HDMI or Display Port connections should work just fine.
