Maybe you used the wrong port, try the port that is below the fan rear. I believe VGA cable does not work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It was a confusion. I was supposed to use the hdmi for the ports that's beblow the fan rear.. I tried a VGA cable at first and figured it didn't work.. The computer works totatally fine now!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Make sure you connect to the right port. The video connection to the motherboard is disabled, so you need connect to the discrete video card.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The computer defaults to the high def graphics card. Remove the cover and take out the high def card and reboot your PC . It will then find your monitor. Then go into your Bios I believe it's F9 on start up. Go into your advanced setting and tell it to look for the other video card first. After you have that set up you can put the high def card back in and reboot the PC the whole process takes about 5 minutes. I had to do this my self .
