it comes with a white box 'inside a bigger black box" that is a wireless dual band USB adapter n it plugs into usb slot on pc n sends a wifi signal which my modem/router from AT&T picks up or it allows me to connect online via wifi ...did have to go down by clock 'find my wifi connection name ...my isp gave me it when they gave me new modem ,,has name/pass use to accesss ya wifi nn ya just enter that into connection it senses an shows down by the clock
