All our CyberpowerPC desktops will include a Windows Recovery DVD and a motherboard driver disc will can be used in the event Windows fails to load or if you wish to reinstall Windows/reset factory settings. An external USB DVD or BluRay drive will be necessary for this and is sold separately. Please contact us if you do not receive those discs within 7 days of receiving the PC so that they can be sent to you if they are missing.
