All our CyberpowerPC desktops will include a Windows Recovery DVD and a motherboard driver disc will can be used in the event Windows fails to load or if you wish to reinstall Windows/reset factory settings. An external USB DVD or BluRay drive will be necessary for this and is sold separately. Please contact us if you do not receive those discs within 7 days of receiving the PC so that they can be sent to you if they are missing. MIne didn't come with any disks. Also, there is no optical drive on this cpu so the disks would be useless.
