If you are on the Account setup part you need to go online and fix your Microsoft Account login information. The PC will not prompt you if your information is not correct or if there is another problem logging in and will instead sit at that "just a moment" screen indefinitely. You can click back on the setup and it will take you back to the log in screen without causing any issues with your setup.
