• Yes it can run rust I have it on my pc not very sure about the other ones maybe you can run ark on low setting...

• Yes it can, on medium to high settings running between 50 to 60 fps on those 3 games. My gf is able to run both division and ark almost decently on ultra settings too if you dont mind 30-40 fps
