This comes with a one year manufacturer's warranty. Best Buy offers a Geek Squad Protection Plan to provide you with service options outside of the manufacturer, and for longer periods of time. You should be able to return or exchange it within 15 days to receive your money back, but you would not be able to do that under the manufacturer's warranty or Geek Squad Protection.
