“I am starting off on YouTube and I want to know if this PC is good for editing , streaming and gaming. Some programs I would use are audacity , Photoshop , blender , elgato recording software , OBS , and movie maker”

This model PC should have no issues running the software you listed. Should also have no problems streaming with elgato software and the elgato HD 60.
