“Can this pc be able to run faster then 16fps while playing a game like csgo or Black Ops 3”

• You can play such games at 60 fps with this pc, but it will require you to lower the setting to not the lowest, but as low as you want. 30 fps actually wouldnt be horrible, so you might only have to lower it a little bit for black ops 3. It can easily run cs:go in the highest quality.
