It doesn't need one. As you are looking at the manual, it should already turn on. If you have a black screen, you are most likely using a VGA cable. Now you can either to 2 things. Get a new monitor that supports HDMI. Or get a VGA converter that converts if from HDMI to VGA. It is on amazon.
