yes the desktop case is big enough to fit any desktop graphics cards. It uses a Phanteks Eclipse P400 Chassis its fairly customizable for a mid size tower. It has standard mounts inside for larger motherboards and several stacks of hard drives and still have room for reasonable airflow.

Please also note that if you do upgrade the graphics card that you will also need to upgrade the power supply as the included 350 watt power supply will not be sufficient to run a more powerful graphics card and all the hardware and will fail if not upgraded.
