1. You need to activate your copy of Windows. You need to scratch off the portion of the product key that is covered to reveal entire string of 25 numbers and letters for the entire product key. Once that is revealed then you can enter the new product key to activate your copy of windows. 2. It sounds like there is a loose cable to the fan and may need to be checked. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There is a silver colored scratch off that will show you the other digits, it is to the left of the digits you can see right now. As for the fan, mine doesn't run either but I think it just needs to be connected to the power supply to turn on.
