Can this run gta v mods like zombie apocalypse null

Not sure, but playing Fallout 4 with no problem.

I'm not 100% sure, but the games I have and play seem to be handled great at high settings, but any higher than the high settings and the system will start to struggle a bit. I think it should but again I don't play GTA V so I would not know.
