Can this PC effectively run modded fallout 4 null

I don't know about any video games playing on this computer due to I only bought for work related reasons I don't play video games on the PC I just needed a system to support two monitors. But overall this is an amazing machine and you should be able to play modded games. I would probably contact cyberPCpower themselves and ask them or go online to the forum for cyberpc.
