Unfortunately, if you want to use a GTX 1080, you will need to upgrade the CPU and PSU, which in turn, will require you to upgrade the motherboard as well as the RAM. The GTX 1080 needs a 8-pin power connector and you need to make sure the CPU is enough to not bottleneck the GTX 1080.
