• Try connecting hdmi cable to lower horizontal connection. Vertical connection will not work on it as noted by Geek Squad, not enabled. Correct placement is on horizontal connections. Hope this helps.

• The video plug in that is active is right below the speaker jacks/plug ins. It looks like there are more than one plug in, but the others are not connected.
