There is only one HDMI port, the rest are displayport and dvi. You might want to exchange the unit out for another.

But you can try to see if the graphics card is not pushed in all the way because mine wasn't when I received my computer but try to make sure everything is installed and set right on the mother board... that's all I can think of honestly probably not helpful... but worth a try
