Ok firstly the 5ghz is a bandwidth, it's nothing to do with speed. If your able to hook this tower up via Ethernet and or wifi. You should get access to both the 2.4ghz and 5ghz. The wifi pic card installed along with the wifi antenna should be good enough for most anything. I have played games with a good frame rate and no lag both wifi bandwidths and connected via Ethernet port. I would suggest no less than 30 mbps high-speed cable though or more depending on how many will be sharing and device wise on your internet. 60 is fine if you have 10 devices and possible up to 15 devices connected over a day, not suggesting running all at once bit simply implying it should be able to handle things.
