You may need to power it down, unplug the machine, disconnect the video cable and possibly the rest depending on how the case opens(havent gotten mine yet) open it up and unseat then re-seat the video card, which is the thing that the video cable was plugged into. Worst case, especially if you are unsure about what im saying just take it back into best buy and talk to Geek Squad.
