“I just bought this system and I'm trying to transfer photos from my camera. I've connected the camera to the computer using the USB cord that came with the camera but the computer doesn't recognize it. Any help asap would be greatly appreciated!”

Thank you for reaching out to us. if the system is not picking up the camera when connected, please try the USB ports on the rear of the PC.
