the best thing to do is restart it sometimes unplugging it for 5 minutes or less would be good once it restarts you can call best buy geel squad if you have the membership with them o mybe you dont need it not sure they can usually fix it wothout u leaving home i think they have a router or something that they use but then again u might need to have had that computer fixed by them at a previous time.
