Would like to know if this pc is good for streaming and recording with obs/elgato hd ?and will it run battlegrounds and gears of war 4 at high settings with 60 fps? Please answer null

This computer is well capable of running almost any game at 60 fps. I have not tried streaming but just running a game like PUBG, I'm using 80% of my memory. So I doubt I would stream without upgrading RAM.

Depends what resolution you are playing at, if you are at 1080P then you should be ok, but while recording you might dip below 60FPS, MED settings you will be fine.

It will be able to play any modern game at 60 fps with at least high settings. It can also do all of those other things you mentioned. However, I would recommend just building a pc yourself with possibly a higher core count CPU (such as the ryzen 5 1600, great price to performance) and more ram especially since it now costs 750. (It used to be 650)
