I bought this computer recently and noticed while trying to change the LEDs that it only has about 3 colors (Green, Purple, and Blue) I see that it shows more colors above. Is it possible that my LED strip came faulty? null

That's the most likely event. I don't recall exactly, but my computer has about 6 or 7 different color options. Either your LED strip is faulty, or a different LED strip was installed.
