“Can this one system run games(Battlefield 1...GTA5...Fortnite) and stream to twitch at the same time without any hiccups or stuttering? Or will I need to get two systems?”

This Pc will be able to run each of those games and many others. There are other contributing factors to a stable stream, but if everything falls in line this PC will be able to with ease.
