Technically you can. Personally, I wouldn't add anything onto the system unless you upgrade the power supply first. It's barely enough for the graffic card as is. I could be wrong, but spend the 70 bucks for a 700 watt power supply and extra cooling fan first.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would say the pc has about 150 wattage to spare unless you over clock cpu/gpu. Most sound systems use their own power supply. Im sure it has enough power to spare for the LED Lights. So you should be good.
