“Purchased this product for my son, and the monitor constantly says no signal and goes to sleep mode. Went to best buy and they said we needed a DVI cord, got that and still the same thing. HELP”

Check to see that your using the video outputs from the graphics card. Theyre a little lower in the back. The hdmi outlets are horizontal, not vertical like the one that is higher up on the tower. If there’s still no picture you might want to double check the connections. I believe cyber power points out some areas that can be disconnected (during shipping) in the included manuals
