The OS should be preinstalled on the computer. Try opening the case and checking that the graphics card is secured in the motherboard properly, and also that you are using the hdmi ports on the back of the graphics card, not the motherboard. If none of these work, contact CyberPower support and they should walk you through some more troubleshooting methods!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.same issue, unbelievable on Christmas morning. Did you hear anything about a solution? I have qty2 so have pretty much ruled out a faulty monitor. Must be the on the CyberPower PC side & they aren't open.
