Is the fan at the top back of the pc only supposed to spin only when reaching certain temperatures? Mine doesnt seem to spin at all null

Well i got mine exchanged for another one so i guess if anyone has the same problem they can do that

mine is doing the same thing. it got decently hot in game and it still didnt turn on. i tried to plug it into the mother board slots system fan 1 and system fan 2 and once I plugged it into those slots the computer wouldnt power on. im probably going to take it to bestbuy unless you found out how to turn it on
