“I bought this pc and I’m about 3 weeks in and I’m noticing that I cannot log in to my pc it won’t even let me type my pin in it just shows the background image in the loading screen and won’t let me type it in do I need a new hard drive or is it fixable?”

Sometimes you will experience a minor hiccup when the computer turns on. If you havent already I would recommend pressing the reset button.
