• I am not sure about streaming twitch but it does Steam with VIVe very smoothly. Near seamless performance and the one I got was the lower graphics card but I did add some extra DDR4 memory to bring it up to over the 8 that it came with. I think the one shown came with 16g.Te one I purchase had AMD python processor with AMD 580 graphics card and was VR ready. The 570 card was one I thought was only bare minimum if it was able to do VR it would lag.

• This PC can be used for streaming however you will have to drop settings for newer AAA titles and more intensive games.
