• It'll run MineCraft with all the mods you can manage perfectly fine I run every game I have on the highest setting (LoL, CS:GO, Borderlands2 and overwatch and get 60fps consistently and that's only because my monitor is capped @ 60 im sure I could get plenty more

• Yes, it can handle most shaders at 60 fps or more on high settings.

• Most mod packs with no shaders, it doesnt have the power to run both at 60 fps or more.
