• In CSGO, an average of around 150-180 should be expected on max settings. As for PUBG, it isn't very well optimized BUT your performance should be that bad. You should be able to get 60+ fps on medium/high settings. Maybe check if you have the latest drivers and check what resolution you are playing at because 1440p is a lot more demanding than 1080p.

• PUBG isn't an optimized game which may be why the FPS is so low on it. CS:GO on the other hand, is an optimized game so u can run 60fps+ on it. What settings are you using that you are getting 100-180 FPS on CS:GO
