A:AnswerYup, won’t have any problem running those games with or without mods. It’s really a great computer for the price. Especially with the RX 580 GPU. I run pretty much every game I throw at it on ultra settings at 1080p. You’ll have to step up to a beefier CPU and GPU and 16gb of RAM if you want to get really high framrates at higher resolutions like 1440 or 4K.
