“Are the fans(excluding the cpu) loud out of the box... I watched a video about cyberpower pc and the fans were loud out of the box... if they are I can just replace them it is not a deciding factor for me I was just wondering... I plan on buying it soon”

They are fairly quiet, they are Cooler Master fans. It's all personal preference, but I would say quiet.
