“Hey, I’m getting this pc I just want a full break down on the pc so first of all how is the mother board is it good or bad, does it support water cooling and what the WiFi issue does it mean I can’t jus detect my WiFi and connect and if so how do I fix it”

It's a bit difficult to answer because cyberpower just makes the PC with the parts they have available, so the motherboard will always be a b350, but you aren't guaranteed what brand or size. I got a m-atx gigabyte board which was fine but not if you might want to upgrade into an Sli setup. The case is big enough for a 360mm AIO but not the custom loops you'll get from thermal take or so on. I plan on getting the 360mm Fractal design Celsius 36 for the front. My PC came with a PCi expansions WiFi card.

As far as the WiFi goes, you would need either a WiFi USB adapter or a WiFi network card to connect to WiFi. We do recommend you use an Ethernet cable.
