Thank you for reaching out. If your headset is not a USB, you might need to buy a audio splitter to split your headset between audio and mic and then try to plug it into the PC. Please try again later.I had the same problem plug the green plug on top then the pink one on bottom and make sure when you plug each one too note when its asks which jack is being plug you identify it by its color and use as green for headset and pink for mic when itll work.
