QuestionDoes this come with 16GB RAM and 500+ GB SSD? Cuz I wouldn't spend 1 grand on a computer if it didn't.

QuestionI just bought the PC and I plugged it into an outlet and my current monitor, but when I click the switch to turn it on nothing happens. Can someone help?

- Answer Hey Matt, when I first got it I had the same problem. Don't know if you tried but along with the power switch on the back, there's a power button on the front. If you see the clear panel on the front, the bottom part is the power which you press in.

QuestionI paid $849.00 for this unit besyBuy matched New Egg and tossed in game Destiny 2. I feel for that cost it's a great deal. Can the RAM be upgraded to 16 gb?

- Answer Yes. There are 3 open memory slots that can be used to expand the memory to I believe up to 64 GB. Make sure you buy the correct type of memory, though.

QuestionI bought this pc recently and when I plugged in my head phones with mic, the microphone didn’t work. Any ideas of what I’m doing wrong? I tried both the top audio jacks and the ones on the back. Help please

The CPU is equipped with a normal stock air cooler and the PC is powered with a 500w power supply. Unfortunately this case does not support any internal drive bays.
