• Most monitors will work. I'm using a Dell U2518D. Good monitor, but the power button is poorly placed and difficult to press. Beside that issue, I'd recommend a large ultra HD, or 4K monitor.

• Yes, there are 2 HDMI ports out of the GPU along with an additional HDMI from the PC, a DVI, and 2 DP outs. Use any and all of the motiors.
