Ensure the modules are supported by the Motherboard, this PC supports DDR4. Also it is best to have them the same speed or all the ram sticks will cap at the slowest Sticks speed. So for example you have 1 stick that is 2133mhz and another that is 3000mhz, the 3000mz stick wont be able to go faster than 2133. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The computer came with two 8 GB sticks of RAM and has two more empty RAM slots, for a total of four slots for RAM. So if you transfer RAM from an old computer into this one, it would be best for you to use two more 8 GB sticks of RAM.
