“How much ram does this PC have? The listing says 16GB but in the specifications tab it states it has 8GB. Is the system 16GB or 8GB?”

• It’s weird. It says 16 GB memory but then it also says 8GB. I’m going to go with the fact that they mean 8gb x 2. So it most likely has 16 gb in all.
