    • Answer It should’ve came with a remote, not sure why it didn’t. I don’t believe you can change it any other way without the remote but i’m not entirely too sure. Best bet is contacting their customer support service.

  • QuestionHave question, there is no sound coming from comp. but if use headphones you can hear ... what do I do

    • Answer There is no "sound" in the computer itself. You need to plug speakers into the green input jack on the rear of the computer or into the jack on the top of the computer. You can left click on the speaker icon on the lower right of your task bar to select which speaker input you want to use. Hope it helps
