• Yes it can run VR and I have used my oculus quest 2 for it. It just takes a bit of time to set up.

• yes this pc can support vr headsets, when u buy a VR hedset such as a oculas quest 2 it comes with a wire that connects the headset to the pc and also a application that allowd it to connect
