Hey! I had an issue with windows activation when I first got the PC set up. I tried troubleshooting and eventually had to call support. They were able to confirm that the key I had was no good and with their help I was able to find the product key and the issue was resolved super quickly. Try troubleshooting and hopefully it works. If it does not they should provide a number to call for support and they should be able to help you recover your product key so you can activate windows.

It does not :( I ran into this issue when my SSD got fried, If you break your windows then you have to buy a new product key.
