“I just bought this and it did not come with Microsoft store downloaded and I have tried multiple ways to download it, i am getting an error that says it cannot open the windows-ms link when in the get started application. Any solution would be help.”

I had this issue as well, click the Windows button on your taskbar, and the Microsoft store should appear in the "Pinned" app list. Click on it and then it will install. If this is not working then you need to contact Microsoft support through their live chat and explain the issue :)
