Maybe the Geek Squad can come in and answer this one, They seem never to have the right answer to anything anymore. At one time, the Geek Squad, used to come to the homes and businesses but not anymore. I did add a 2nd SSD in the unit (8 TB), which is the size of the drive. The question raised about Best Buy's involvement in answering customer queries is worth considering. It is indeed unusual for a company to rely on past customers to provide answers, as it may lack the expertise and accuracy that professional support like the Geek Squad can offer. The decline in on-site support from the Geek Squad is also a notable aspect, as it may impact the level of service and convenience provided to customers. Companies like Best Buy need to assess their customer support strategies and ensure they are meeting the evolving needs and expectations of their clientele.
