QuestionI bought this PC 3 months ago and am still loving it. One question I do have is, is there any way to turn off the lights on the fans. I like leaving my PC on at night in our bedroom but my wife complains about the lights being too bright.

- Answer There is a small remote that came with the pc, it has a bunch of little different colored buttons on it. At the top there is an on/off button, just press the off button. If you havent used the remote before make sure you pull the little plastic tab out.

QuestionI have not bought this yet but I have seen some reviews saying the fans are leaking a "oil-y" like substance is this fixed yet?

- Answer My fans have not leaked anything, and if they did, I would understand that it's bearing lubricant, which is not conductive and harmless. It just means that particular fan was over-oiled. This lubricant could be wiped away with a paper towel. Just don't reach into the case without unplugging the PC and discharging any static in your body first.

QuestionWhat does the red blinking light on top of the case mean

- Answer By default, it should flash from blue to pink indicating the HDD is working as it should. If it does blink red there can be an issue, but it can also blink red during startup then change to blue. If it's blinking red constantly something is up
