I am not sure if you mean replacing it as part of the original purchase, but as for upgrading it, YES. I did just that, I purchased a Separate SSD to use with the Hard Drive that was already installed. I use the SSD for my Windows OS and application programs and I use the hard drive as backup for videos, pictures, music etc.
