“Ok it seems like there is 2 different cases (the 1&2nd picture) (then the 3rd) which case is it? Also this computer uses fan cooling not liquid cooling right?”

Third image is a mirrored photo from the bottom. Ignore it for the most part. Also yes. It is fan cooled, not liquid.
