  • QuestionHi, is the graphics card and ram easily swappable for upgrades?

You are able to upgrade the video card to a GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580, however, you will need to upgrade the power supply unit to at least a 500 watt power supply unit. As for the RAM, you will need to upgrade according to your motherboard as the motherboard may only support up to DDR3 RAM.   • QuestionPurchased a new cyberpowerpc gua1600bst, can't find the disk drive, and no dvi cord...how do I dwnld the disks that came with it without a drive? And, how can I connect the monitor without the dvi cord?

    • Answer Unfortunately, this PC does not come with a disk drive, for your second question, you can hook the PC up using your DVI cord or HDMI. There are locations to plug these in on the back of the PC, but remember to plug the HDMI into the lower portion of the PC, as the upper part is not designated for the pre-installed Graphics Card.
